Care & Maintenance
To keep your boots looking beautiful and performing at their best, please follow the full care guidelines:
Storage
• Store in a cool, airy place away from heat sources and direct sunlight
• Keep in a breathable case (e.g. perforated nylon bag)
• Do not wash in a washing machine or use high-pressure water or air
• Use boot supports in the ankle area (e.g. a pool noodle) to prevent folding
Leather Care
• After use, wipe leather with a sponge dampened with warm water
• Allow to air dry naturally — avoid heat sources and direct sunlight
• Treat with natural beeswax, allow to dry, then finish with a soft cloth
Ventilation System (Heel Opening)
• Clean the small hole behind the heel regularly
• Remove dirt or sand carefully (e.g. with a toothpick)
• This ensures proper airflow inside the boot
Zipper Care
• Clean thoroughly with a brush and water to remove dirt buildup
Elastic Band Care
• Do not apply leather care products to the elastic panels
• This may permanently damage the elastic fibres
Failure to follow these instructions or improper use may lead to premature wear or reduced performance.
Warranty
• 3-month warranty from date of purchase
• Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required
Warranty will not be recognised in cases of:
• Third-party modification
• Improper use
• Failure to follow maintenance and cleaning instructions
• Missing proof of purchase
• Product must be returned to the authorised retailer
• Boots must be clean upon return (hygiene requirement)
• Tattini reserves the right to repair rather than replace
Zips:
• Covered within the first 3 months
• Replaced at the cost of Tattini Italy
• Proof of purchase required
