Returns & Refunds

Returns are handled fairly and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

• Online purchases: You may return an item within 7 business days of delivery (cooling-off period), provided it is unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
• Defective goods: If an item is defective, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund within 6 months of delivery, as prescribed by the CPA.
• Exclusions: Certain hygiene- or safety-sensitive items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item supplied by us.
